A DELEGATION OF 60 REPRESENTATIVES
On February 22nd 2020 we were very honoured to welcome a delegation of 60 representatives from the Lao government led by the Vice President of the Lao PDR H.E. Dr. Phankham Viphavanh. Amongst our distinguished guests were also Dr. Pongsavanh Sitthavong, Governor of Sayaboury Province, H.E. Florence Jeanblanc-Risler, French Ambassador to Lao PDR and Mr. Sousath Sayakoummane, Director General of the Department of Forestry of the Lao PDR. We were delighted to welcome them at the Elephant Conservation Center for lunch and a visit of our facility.
